Description

The still waters of the Silent Sea have suddenly erupted into a frothy turmoil, with powerful tidal waves assailing the Star Coast. A violent vortex filled with a sense of dread and foreboding has appeared in the middle of the sea. The Light Emperor, Alexander, is calling upon all able-bodied warriors for aid at the Astraluna Steps northeast of Kirin Town.
