Ba Xia

Description

Ba Xia, which looks like tortoise, is the sixth one of nine dragon’s sons. It likes weighting and has great strength. The stone-tortoise under tablet pedestals is its portrait of the decreased. It is said that in ancient times Ba Xia often stired up in rivers and seas carrying mountains on the back. Ba Xia is also called stone tortoise, which is the symbol of long life and luck. Holding up its head strenuously, supporting on its feet desperately, it always struggles to walk forward, but can never move its steps.
