After killing those small bandits,Bandit Captains show up outside the north, west, and south walls of Dragon City. Warriors, go and kill them! Bandit Captain in the north can be found at 556,702. Zombie Captain in the west can be found at 502, 642. Zombie Captain in the south can be found at 562, 602. You can collect Ghost Festival Envoy's Journal in this phase.
