Description

Transform into a Goldfish and defeat Cloudtop Serpent, the Dragon Palace Guardian, to obtain Serpent's Will. Successfully cross the Dragon Gate, turn into a dragon, and jump down to the Dragon's Xanadu. Note: 1. Do not shift back to human form, otherwise you will not be able to complete the quest. 2. When you are knocked down to the Sanctuary by Cloudtop Serpent, you can teleport to Cloudtop Dragon Palace at Elder Onhai or Earth Avatar Loghan.
