Description

The southern end of Perfect World is where the Winged Elves reside. It is filled with colossal trees and dense forests. Winged Elves possess light bodies that allow them to fly, but none are lighter than the leaves at the very top of the City of the Plume. Travel to the City of the Plume and find one of these weightless leaves. Complete this quest to be automatically teleported to the next location.
